My Hair Routine- Dry/Coarse/Damaged Hair

buy gabapentin online forum I have a love/hate relationship with my hair.

buy Pregabalin in uk On the one hand- I love the fact it is long and thick.

On the other- I hate the fact that it is coarse because it has a tendency to look dry.

However I have finally found a haircare routine that works and makes my hair super soft and shiny!

So if you too have super thick or dry hair, read on for how to tame it.

Step 1- Tresemme Keratin Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner

I ADORE this shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo is ultra moisturising with a creamy formula, and the conditioner makes light work of my hair without weighing it down.

Step 2- Tresemme Keratin Smooth Blow Dry Cream

tresemme 7 day heat activated treatment

I use two pumps of this for my long hair- if your hair is shorter you probably only need one. I then comb it through with a wide tooth comb to make sure it is evenly distributed. I use this root to tip to ensure my hair is fully protected from heat.

Step 3- Tresemme  Keratin Smooth Oil

I use this on my towel dried hair- but only on the lengths! You don’t want to to put oil anywhere near the roots of your hair unless you want to be washing it everyday.

Step 4- Olaplex No. 3

olaplex 3

Olaplex literally transformed my hair.

I’m not even exaggerating! Although my hair isn’t coloured or bleached, it really was transformed by the miraculous formula. Unlike conditioner it works from the inside out- it actually repairs the hair.

To use- wash your hair and towel dry. Apply from root to tip and comb through. Leave for twenty minutes, then wash and condition as normal.

I use this once a week and can honestly say its the best investment I ever made for my hair. Yes, its expensive at £20.00 for a teeny tiny bottle. However I get a good 4-5 uses out of each one and it honestly makes my hair SO much easier to manage.  I wouldn’t be without it!

    1. Hi Voncile!

The best thing for oily hair is to stop washing it so frequently as the more you wash it, the more oil you produce. Try going every other day, then every two days and so on as a means of training your hair to produce less oil.
